Each banner corresponds to ONE industry sector and no TWO businesses in the same industry sector will have their banners displayed on any single page to ensure exclusivity of the banner ad(s) at any one instance. In each industry sector, we allow multiple advertisers for banner ads. The probability of displaying each advertiser’s banner ad(s) will be equal.

- Advertiser can select TEN suburbs to advertise in. Advertiser may choose up to TEN suburbs as the search criteria to place banner ad(s) on any result page. Hence, if any user searches for any of the TEN chosen suburbs, your banner ad(s) will appear. Comparing to option 1, this option more than doubles the exposure. This applies to ONE chosen state in Australia.
- Advertiser can select this option to have banner ad(s) displayed on ALL search result pages, regardless of the property type, location and price. This applies to ONE chosen state in Australia.
- Advertiser can select ONE property type or category to advertise in. E.g. if advertiser is specialised in selling apartments, advertiser may choose ‘apartment’ as the property type to place banner ad(s). Hence, if the given property display page shows an apartment, your banner ad(s) will appear. This applies to ONE chosen state in Australia.
- Advertiser can select TWO property types or categories to advertise in. E.g. if advertiser is specialised in selling units and apartments, advertiser may choose ‘apartment’ and ‘units’ as the property types to place banner ad(s).
