“That’s why Barry Plant is the Number 1 in Victoria,” he added.

Michael Traikos from Bundoora office got his first enquiry after another 18 hours.

James Hatzimoisis believes OurProperties will benefit offices from Caroline Springs, St Albans and Taylors Lakes. James is the Director of all three.

“I look forward to having more Chinese investors,” James says.

“Epping is a fast growing area with some great development under way and happening soon,” says Barry Plant Epping Director Chris Lio, “the growth has been so fast and the planning in and around the suburb has been terrific. If investors look for high ROI, Epping needs to be on the top of the list.”

There has been a number of new features developed by OurProperties and GiFang, including the automatic translation of property title, property type, and simple features such as inspection type. All improvements are a result of enlisting and listening to feedback from agents, making the online experience a win-win for everyone.
